Avonlea is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 204 lots. We are located southeast of Frye and Higley Roads in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 23 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to AZ State Route 202.

Our community is served by the Higley Unified School District. Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend San Tan Elementary School while high school students attend Higley High School.

Avonlea is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
